Useful information
starts with evidence.
Three checks before publication.
- Identity: the business and its specific location are distinguishable from similarly named places.
- Geography: location evidence supports a named Horizon West area or the adjacent Flamingo Crossings collection. Postal city names alone do not decide membership.
- Status: current evidence supports an operating or coming-soon location. Conflicting status stays unpublished.
First-party sources come first.
We prefer official location pages for operating status, addresses, hours, menus, ordering and reservations. A current center or developer directory can support tenant identity, location and future announcements. Every published profile includes dated sources.
What the labels mean.
Open means operating, not open right now. Coming soon means a reconciled future location, without implying an opening date. Verified records use current first-party operating evidence; confirmed announcements may use an official center listing.
Unresolved candidates remain on hold and do not appear in profiles, search, collections or the sitemap. Research-required records cannot publish. A closure moves the record out of public discovery while its stable identity and lifecycle history remain preserved.
Unknown means unknown.
We leave unverified coordinates, prices, hours and services blank. A last-seating time is not a closing time. When hours conflict, we withhold them and explain why. Unknown service attributes do not mean the service is unavailable.
Freshness and corrections.
Verification is a dated review, not continuous monitoring. Check the linked official source before a special trip. During this initial release, corrections are maintained through the editorial repository: each change requires updated evidence and another publication check.
Collections with substance.
Area and cuisine pages require at least three published, operating restaurants. Convenience-food retail is excluded from normal discovery. This prevents empty or speculative neighborhood pages.
Privacy and analytics.
No analytics provider is enabled in this release. The site does not create accounts, collect reviews or send search text to an analytics service. Official restaurant links take you to independently operated sites with their own policies.
